send email with different sender email adress from one account?
Hi, we are running exchange 2007 with outlook anywhere web clients. Server receives email from two domains "companyA.com" and "companyB.com", both domains is set-up so all users receives emails from both domains "EMAIL REMOVED" and "EMAIL REMOVED" to the user1. CompanyA.com address is the default for all users. Is there a way to manually change the sender address, so EMAIL REMOVED email adress will be used for some emails? Is there a way so responses sent to a email that was received as companyB.com would have EMAIL REMOVED in the outgoing sender email address? And this without setting up additional email accounts, i would like to keep 1user = 1email account. lars

Hi Lars, All your example email addressed are removed. I think you mean you have hosted two domains. For one email account, sometimes you need to use primary email address as the sender and sometimes you want to use secondary, right? I would like to explain it's impossible if you configured Exchange profile in Outlook, as LegacyExchangeDN is used for submitting the email. However, you could configured a pop3/imap4 account in Outlook with secondary email address, when you want to send email use secondary email address, use this profile. Thanks, Elvis
