send as permissions not working sbs 2008
Hi Guys I have given a user send as and full access permissions to 3 domain users, the send as permission has since stopped working, she still has full access to the mailboxies. I set the permissions throught the exchange managment console (exchange 2007) the permissions are still applied when i check in the emc and also in the security tab of each user in AD. I belive it is something to do with the Default global address list, it only shows four accounts in outlook but all accounts in owa. i'm showing some errors on the sbs. Hi Stin, Could you please describle whath is your exact issue? Per the title, you have the send as issue, right? Did you make a test through OWA and outlook, what is the result? Per the log information, it seems some issue related with the OAB, how about recreate a new OAB, and the OAB virtual directory, please refer to below information: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124339.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123595.aspx Please also update the exchange for the latest version/kb to make a test. Hi Justin, In my opinion, the OAB issue and the sendas permission are different from each other. Could you please test the sendas permission through OWA and outlook, what is the result, what is the error? Regards!
