scwCmd register fails; Access Denied, while trying to register Exchange'07 extension
While doing post installation verification and setup, I'm attempting to register the Exchange2007.xml extension for SCW configuration as prescribed in TechNet; i.e. i execute the following command line from the Management Shell (Powershell): scwcmd register /kbname:Ex2007KB /kbfile:"D:\Exchange\scripts\Exchange2007.xml"... an error is returned: Command completed with error. Access is denied.Log file: %windir%\security\msscw\logs\SCWRegistrar_log.xmlthe log file error message reads ... 0x1 Missing XML node: KBs0x1 Missing XML node: KBs this is not my area of expertise, can somebody please advise how to resolve this such that the subject extension file will register. The host is a Windows Server 2003r2sp2x64 box (with all the updates/hotfixes) and it is a DC.Thanks, Glenn of xSyLent

It's very easy. First,you go to that directory,then run the command,then will be ok,just like:cd "%programfiles%\Microsoft\Exchange Server\scripts\"scwcmd register /kbname:Ex2007KB /kbfile:Exchange2007.xml
