Hi, This is difficult to say which DL's are only receiving email from internet in exchange 2003 unless you have not allowed them to reciev from authenticated users. You can check message trqacking for some period of time to see which DL's are in the list. Anil

In 2003 DLs by default allow anonymous receiving. If you want to query which DLs allow this you can query the msExchRequireAuthToSendTo attribute. 1. Open aduc 2. Click search icon 3. In the find drop down choose custom search 4. click the advanced tab and enter below in the white pane. (&(objectClass=group)(msExchRequireAuthToSendTo=TRUE))James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Hi, In Exchange 2003, the default value of msExchRequireAuthToSendTo is FALSE when it is created. (&(objectClass=group)(msExchRequireAuthToSendTo=FALSE)) is to check all the DLs that allow anonymous receiving. However, on my test, you cannot filter the DLs if this value never be changed. To solve this problem, you can use (&(objectClass=group)(!msExchRequireAuthToSendTo=TRUE)) to achieve it.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
