same email for diferent users
Hello everyone,
I recently have installed a sbs 2011 STD, and now I have added new users with personal email, everything fine.
Now the client wants something like this:
user1: user1@domain.com (default)
user1@otherdomain.com
user1@anotherdomain.com
user2: user2@domain.com
comercial@domain.com (default)
user2@otherdomain.com
user3: user3@domain.com
comercial@domain.com (default)
user3@otherdomain.com
all the accounts will be configured in sbs console to be pushed by pop3 connector.
My doubt is, how to configure the comercial account. I tried to create a distribution group, but I think it's not possible to put the comercial distribution group as the sender for the two users.
Can anybody help?
Thanks

You might consider creating a separate mailbox for the commercial account and have each of them open it as a secondary mailbox. You can configure their accounts to have full mailbox access so they can both open and use it, and Send As right on the
commercial user account so they can put it in the From field of mail they send.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

I think ED offered a solution.
One thing important, you need to grant both full access and send as permission to user2 and user3.
You could follow this article to grant the permission.
Manage Full Access Permissions
Manage Send As Permissions for a Mailbox
At Outlook client side, you could follow this article to
add an additional mailbox.
