room mailbox not receiving e-mail
Hello,
using Exchange 2010 I just setup a new room mailbox however even though I have setup a delegate to receive all requests and then approve, the requests can be seen on the room calendar only and the delegate is not receiving the e-mail for approval?
any help pls

Check so that the room have a correct smtp address assigned
