review the email before being sent
Hi, We have noticed that our users sending number of users by selecting individual email id's. The content is not comply to the policy. If the recipents number is above a number set by admin, is there a way to review the email by a person like a compliance officer, before the message being sent to the the recipients. If it's comply to the email policy then he can allow the delivery. Is there a way this can be implemented. Or any other built in work around. We uses Excahnge 2007. thanks

Hi Matxx, If I understand your requirement correctly, you want verification of message once send by sender and allow only when reviewer would be allow. You can enable Journaling in Exchange 2007 so, any compliance officer can check it later, but can not do it bore mail deliver to recepient. If you use exchange 2010 then you can feature of Multi-Mailbox Search can help you perform discovery searches for relevant content within Exchange mailboxes Anil

Hi Matxx, In Exchange Server 2007, If you use message journaling, you cannot check the emails before the messages being sent to the recipients. Some related documents for you: Overview of journaling in Exchange 2007 http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/06/22/444296.aspx Managing Journal Rules http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124382(EXCHG.80).aspx In Exchange Sever 2010, you can use E-mail Moderation to achieve the goal. You can get more information from this document: Spotlight on Exchange 2010: E-mail Moderation http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2009/06/10/451584.aspx Thanks, EvanPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
