i need to setup all the users on site so that when they send an email the return address must all be the ie. xyz@dd.co.za i cannot use the same smtp adress for all the users when trying to do it via the active directory need help!!!

Hi, Not possible if all users have their own mailboxes. A SMTP address can only be added to one recipient. If you have only one mailbox with the desired smtp address and all users open this mailbox as their primary mailbox they will be able to send with the mentioned smtp address. Leif
