I always had good luck using the RSG in Exchange 2003. The error message indicates the MAPI provider is not working. Is there any events in the App Log. Take a look at these; they are English translations fromthe Microsoft Germany TechNet site corresponding to the error you reported: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/262456/en-us http://support.microsoft.com/kb/264413/en-us http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924730/en-us Another article from MS Germany (I couldn't find a translation for you) indicates a possible problem with AD not replicating the changes you made.TBrennan

Hi, If you restore a Mailbox from RSG which was deleted from the production, you will face this error eventhough you have created the same mailbox again in the production. Reason is, the Mailbox GIUD value will differ..so you can use Exmerge tool to take PST of that Mailbox from the RSG. Good luck! Jones.
