resolve problems with schedule free/busy in exchange server 2003
I have problems with Outlook clients because some can not view the availability in the calendar of other users to make an appointment or meeting. The scenario is as follows: 5 exchange servers 2003 sp2 server located in different sites and connected by WAN links and public folders each server. The problem is that you can not see the availability calendar of some mailboxes in outlook client programming schedule shows no availability.

Make sure all system public folders underneath SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY have replicas on all servers with public stores. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . If that is true above you can also run an outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy to recreate that.Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

Hi, Did the affected users have the same issue when viewing the free/busy with each other? Are the problematic users pertained to the Mailbox Database? Please understand that Outlook or OWA clients use Public Folder to publish or retrieve the free/busy. So, we should ensure the refer and replication between Public Folders to be working normally. Now please first test this issue in OWA. And check whether any error message was received in the Event Log? Thanks Allen
