We have several Public Folder using outlook 2013 on a Terminal Server which all users use. For some reason when users reply to the public folder email the reply icon does not show/reflect the reply has taken place. I have checked all settings incl the exchange account properties on the server and all appear to be fine as compared to my own exchange account and all settings match.

Can anyone assist me please as I have users shouting at me as know body is aware who has or if anyone has replied to the emails coming in, other than it showing that is has been read (un-highlighted)...

Is there the same issue in OWA?

If there is not, it is an outlook client issue more than exchange issue.
