removing an email from all users mailboxes
Hi, I am running exchange 2007 sp2. Just wondering if there is a way to remove an email message from everyone’s mailbox? Basically what I would like to do is remove a certain spam email from everyone’s mailbox. This spam is external to the company. Thanks

“In the course of daily operations of an IT Emergency Response organization, administrators need the ability to scan a large number of messages based on specified criteria, and perform mass deletion of any suspect email found. By using Export-Mailbox and the –DeleteContent parameter along with specific filter options, they are able to search and delete such messages” -------------Refer to <Exchange Server 2007 Export Mailbox task>James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

I think the export-mailbox cmdlet can, too.---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
