remove member from global address list permanantely

i want to know that what steps i can take to remove member from global address list permanantly

If you remove users mailbox it will be removed from GAL.
You can also check the "Dont show in GAL" checkbox on user properties, this will remove it from GAL but still functional in all other aspect
