refreshing pivot tables in Excel 2013 not working with CTRL-ALT-F5 anymore

I have a complex Excel spreadsheet (aren't they all?) with lots of pivot tables.  Just updated to Office 2013 from Office 2010.

In the 2010 version of Excel, I could do a live refresh of all pivot tables with the CTRL-ALT-F5 keystroke.  This does nothing in the 2013 version.

Which is interesting, as when I look at the PivotTable Tools menu, then the Analyze tab, it lists Refresh All still as CTRL-ALT-F5.  If I'm sitting in a pivot table and do ALT-F5, it will refresh that particular table, as it should.  But I want to be able to refresh all pivot tables from wherever I am in the spreadsheet at any point (even if not sitting in a pivot table).  As I mentioned, CTRL-ALT-F5 would accomplish this in the past, but no longer seems to do anything.

Any idea?  Thanks!

Based on my test, That short-cut key combination should work in Excel2013 as well.
Have you ever tried any other key combination that begin with CTRL, like CTRL+C?
Also please check if this issue will happen when you open excel in safe mode.
Excel.exe /safe
if this issue doesn't happen in safe mode, you can try to use application.onkey to release this short key.

If it doesnt work either, I suggest you repair your office program.

This problem it's common since some videocard drivers uses crtl + alt for screen rotation. Disable this function (such as hot keys) for avoid conflicts between videocard software functions and MS Excel's key strokes or other key combination.
