Hi, Would you please let me know whether the original Exchange Server version number? Please also let me know the setup.com file version which you used to run recoverserver. Right click the setup.com file and click Properties Under Version tab, please click File Version I think that it is a known bug which has been fixed in the 08.00.0647.00 version setup file. Mike

Hi, It is a known bug regarding the Exchange 2007 setup file version. To fix the issue, we need to use the Exchange 2007 setup file which version number is greater than 08.00.0647.00. Nevertheless, from your description, the original Exchange is beta version. I am not clear whether it is available to use later version Exchange setup file to recover previous beta version Exchange. Hope the information is helpful to you. Mike
