need your help

Whenever one of my Project manager reply to specific 2/3 users email, then he is also getting a copy of same mail automatically. This need to stop.

in order to check this

I check for the rules but there is no rule set for this and it is very strange this is not happening if he replies to other users in the organisation.

my environment has Exchange 2003 + sp3 and outlook 2010.

try to export rules from the specific users outlook and open outlook using /cleanrules switch and check.

From your description, the issue should be related to transport rules or Inbox rules. I recommend you check if there is any transport rule or Inbox rule for these problematic users. If yes, disable the rule and check the result.

I guess Exchange 2003 doesn't have transport rules

have to tried removing outlook rules and check ?

I am having the same problem with my CEO. She receives a copy of her sent messages in her inbox about 10% of the time. No transport rules exist or her and she does not have any Outlook rules defined. I cannot figure out how the messages are coming in - please help.
