re-install MS Office 2010
Running Windows 7 64 bit. Computer hard drive got wiped and have re-installed Windows 7. The dvd drive doesn't recognize the MS Office Home and Business 2010 like it did when I installed it previously. What can I do short of buying a new copy?

Can you read anything on the DVD drive. I think you need to re-install the DVD driver.

Or, copy the DVD into a USB on another computer and use the USB instead.

Thanks, I will try another dvd. I did look at updating the driver but my feeble attempts said that it was up to date. If I try another dvd and it works I will copy it to a usb. I will also look at the dvd in Linux and see if it shows anything. Having to work since the crash and haven't been able to spend a lot of time on it.
