I want to upload doc, xls and video in public folder to allow all outlook clients to see and download the form or video that it was uploaded there. My question How do I upload these files on public folder to allow the employees download or watch the content public folder? Thank you again .

Hello, I think Sharepoint 2010 would be better suited for what you are doing. Outlook is a Mail based client tool wheras Sharepoint is a workgroup collaboration tool that supports video and office files and is more geated towards file sharing and workgroup collaboration.
