Hi If you are referring to a large video, then use a fileserver share instead of public folder Public folders can be used for mail enabled contents and sharing contacts etc. Jonas Andersson | Microsoft Community Contributor Award 2011 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog | Follow me on twitter: jonand82

Hello, I think Sharepoint 2010 would be better suited for what you are doing. Outlook is a Mail based client tool wheras Sharepoint is a workgroup collaboration tool that supports video and office files and is more geated towards file sharing and workgroup collaboration. These are for OWA only, but could be what you're looking for. Webready document http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb852213(EXCHG.80).aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995967(EXCHG.80).aspx or perhaps Public and Private Computer File Access http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124232(EXCHG.80).aspx Otherwise you simply drag and drop files into your public folders with outlook. But as others already said, Exchange is not designed to do this even though you can make it work. http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2008/03/31/3405234.aspx perhaps a simple file share would be sufficient for you. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Here is some good information about Organization Forms http://www.outlookwise.com/outlookwise/using_the_organizational_forms_library_in_exchange_server.htm Forms can also be deployed per folder basis. It very similar to publish them in org. forms library. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

Hi, What you need to do is to open the public folder and then drag-and-drop these files into the folder. Hope this helps. ThanksSophia Xu
