can anybody help me how to prevent user to delete messages from their mail box, our company policy is not to delete any message in any mail box. we have exch 2007 and outlook 2007 thanks kazim

You cant prevent users from deleting messages in their own mailbox.If you need to save those messages look at the built-in message journaling instead.http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/2006.12.journaling.aspx?pr=blog
