Q. What is DSACCESS ? A. which is responsible for system services that run from dynamic link libraries (files with extension .dll). Because it is used as a common system process, some spyware often uses a process name of "dsAccessService.exe" to disguise itself. By hiding under the fake name - “dsAccessService.exe”, spyware can damage more files and ruin your system gradually. this link helpful for you http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/dsaccessservice/431583/ Girish Bakshi | MCITP: 2007 | MCTS: 2010, MCITP: Server 2008 | E-Mail girish.bakshi84@gmail.com

Q. What are Recipient Policies? A. When you install Exchange for the first time, it determines the format of the SMTP address you'll want for your users based on your organization name and the DNS name of your domain. It places the result into an Active Directory object called a Recipient Policy This article helpful for you :- http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319201 Girish Bakshi | MCITP: 2007 | MCTS: 2010, MCITP: Server 2008 | E-Mail girish.bakshi84@gmail.com

Q. What is the “issue” with trying to remove email addresses added by recipient policies? How would you fix that?? A. I had defined a number of email addresses in my 'Default Policy' under Recipient Policies. Exchange did apply those email addresses to all users with mailboxes. However now I am trying to remove some of those addresses from the policy, and nothing seems to get it to update the user objects. All users have 'Automatically update e-mail addresses based on recipient policy' checked. I've updated and rebuilt the Recipient Update Services and have right-clicked on the policy and clicked 'Apply Now...' to no avail. If you need someone to answer your interview questions for you, you’re probably not the right candidate for the job. Instead you could easily research those questions one at a time and might even learn while doing it! But since this has turned into somewhat of a “exchange interview questions” post, I have supplied some that I use. I have also converted this into a general discussion thread. Topics and Questions Planning and Design List some system and network requirements for Exchange 2007/10 List the Exchange 2007/10 server roles High Availability / DR Explain how to determine placement for Exchange server roles Explain how to determine how many servers of each role type are necessary Explain how to determine how many servers of each role type are necessary Explain how Exchange 2010 HA works for mailbox data Explain how Exchange 2010 HA works for various email clients Explain Exchange backup Routing Explain connectors and how Exchange 2007/10 routes mail Client Connectivity Explain how MAPI/RPC has changed in Exchange 2010 Migrations & Coexistence Describe coexistence with external or non-Exchange mail systems Describe strategies for moving mailboxes from a 3rd party email platform to exchange Describe account provisioning in Exchange 2007/10 Describe the relationship between transaction logs and the Exchange database Describe public folder replication Describe public folder access Mike Crowley | MVP My Blog -- Planet Technologies
