pop3 connector.
Hello. I have some problems with the pop3 connector. Until now we create a pop3 connector for some people that they have a email from other sites like gmail, and they want to get this mails in the same mailbox. This works, but now we need to make the same, and for other people let the message in the external server for two weeks. I understood that with other pop3 connector this is possible to said the external server when to delete the message, but in Exchange 2003 I dont know how to do this. This is possible with exchange 2007? Can any body help me. Thanks.

i'm having trouble understanding you, but here are my thoughts: i think you are confusing the pop3 connector with outlook's pop3 account settings. see here: only small business server has a pop3 connector builtin there is no 2007 small business server yet (maybe next year) the sbs 2003 pop 3 connector only allows you to choose the download interval. you cant change settings like you can in an email client (like how long to leave it on the pop3 server) here is a list of 3rd party pop3 connectors. all with their own features: http://www.slipstick.com/exs/popconnect.htm gmail actually uses ssl with their pop3 - not supported by the sbs featureread this on the pop3 connector included in sbs: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/885685
