Just a quick glance at the route the email takes, it looks like there is a routing loop here. The two servers involved are - mail.mabuchi-motor.co.jp and ananke.allmabuchi.mabuchi-motor.co.jp So the question is, where are these servers and why are they doing this? The second server, ananke.allmabuchi.mabuchi-motor.co.jp, is not internet accessible, so this is probably an internal routing issue. Are both these servers Exchange Servers? I ran a SMTPDiag from my Exchange server and this is what I saw: (this confirms the issue is internal as this email works) Checking MX servers listed for vdmedb@vdm.mabuchi-motor.co.jp. Connecting to irlb.secomtrust.net [61.114.188.199] on port 25.
