performing wipe request after AD account has been disabled.

In 2010, if you disabled an AD account, a wipe request would not work on a phone if the phone had not syncd in a while.

This is obviously a problem because the 2 actions normally go hand in hand.

is there any way to get around this in 2010? has this been changed in 2013?

I ask because many times ive been asked to wipe phones but for whatever reason(no signal or off) the phone doesn't get the wipe command. so I end up disabling the account. at this point when the user does get signal again or turn the phone back on it will not be wiped.

thanks.

That would make sense.  The device can't establish an ActiveSync session since the account is disabled so it has no way of being told to wipe.  I should think you might need to rethink your procedures.
