Hi All, We have exchange server 2007 on 2k3 64 bit hardware. currently paging file size is not been set MS recommended values. currently we are planning to do it. as per the MS recommendations. however we haven't noticed any issues so far in terms of blue screen errors or performance issues... we would like to do a assessment with actual impact/risk of not changing this. any ideas will be appreciated sumavardhan reddy

I dont think this is a critical issue. If you are not experiencing any issues, you can probably leave as it and change when you have the chance.

Use the following calculations to determine the value to type in the Initial Size (MB) box in the Virtual Memory dialog box: If the server has 8 gigabytes (GB) of RAM or less: A minimum page file size that is the amount of RAM plus 10 MB. A recommended page file size that is the amount of RAM multiplied by 1.5. If the server has more than 8 GB of RAM: The amount of RAM plus 10 MB.
