owa virtual directories
We have set up a multi-site organization with domain controllers and exchange 2007 servers in each physical location, but it seems that every exchange install has created a new owa virtual directory, therefore the users have to enter different sites to access the owa webpage. I am sure there must be a way to merge them all but I don't seem to find how, any ideas? Thanks

How many servers do you have with the Exchange Server 2007 "client access role" installed on it? Each of those servers will have an owa virtual directory. This is normal and expected. You need at least one Client Access Server role in each Active Directory site and of course, your inbound OWA server (or servers) must be Client Access Servers.
