Hi, Please check if you have OWA S/MIME plug-in is installed. If yes, then please uninstall and then delete the IE history and then open a new IE session to check the issue again. How to Install the Outlook Web Access S/MIME Control http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124432(EXCHG.65).aspx Besides, I’d like to know if you have done customize on OWA. If the problem still persists, then please try to re-create the OWA related virtual directory. Also I recommend you to apply the latest update(rollup 2 for Exchange 2007 sp2). Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4C4BD2A3-5E50-42B0-8BBB-2CC9AFE3216A&displaylang=enUpdate Rollup 2 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (KB972076)http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=fa83be11-9d5e-47bc-9a51-a10986f22928&displaylang=en Regards, Xiu
