I have a gmail and a live account on my outlook 2010

for some reason it has stopped sending messages from both, but i can still receive

i  cleared the outbox and when i go to account setting and repair it sends the test message ok, but i still cant send messages my messages

Hi,

Since the recent upgrade to Windows 10, some Outlook users may meet the issue that Outlook doesn't send emails. Have you upgraded to Windows 10 too? If so, please perform the steps below:

• Right click on the Start button of Windows and choose: Command Prompt (Admin).
  • If you dont see this, instead choose: Windows PowerShell (Admin)
• Behind the prompt type: sfc /scannow
  (note the space in the command)
• Wait until the process completes.
• Restart your computer.
