outlook exchange 2003 allows the creation of templates and forms, however there does not seem to be a way to do this in the outlook web access. Is there a way to creat templates and forms that can be used in outlook web access.

Hi Richard, Templates and forms are feature of Office, but not Exchange. In OWA, we don’t have such a feature to create templates and forms. Thanks, Elvis
