hi all 
i have problem in outlook 2013 to access my job exchange mail 
i face this error

i face this error only in windows 10 
i tried windows 10 pro and enterprise but have same error with office 2010 and 2013 
i also tries same steps in windows 8.1 and mail opened successfully 

so the issue is in windows 10 
what can i do to repair it

Please setup your account with Auto Account Setup instead of Manual setup to have a try.

If you want to setup your account with manual setup for Exchange 2013 account, we need to contact your Exchange administrator for the ExchangeGUID for your mailbox and fill in it in your Server name and the Outlook Anywhere settings for you. For example:
