hi all 
i have problem in outlook 2013 to access my job exchange mail 
i face this error

i face this error only in windows 10 
i tried windows 10 pro and enterprise but have same error with office 2010 and 2013 
i also tries same steps in windows 8.1 and mail opened successfully 

so the issue is in windows 10 
what can i do to repair it

This issue may occur when the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders registry key does not contain all of the required data. Specifically, these problems occur if the AppData string value is missing from this registry key. To fix the issue, we need to import the User Shell Folders registry key from a working Windows User Profile. For detailed steps, please have a look at the following KB article:

Ok .. But I setup windows again but error still Then setup win 8.1 and setup office from same source and it's worked perfectly Then I format window 8 and install windows 10 but same issue still
