Hi All, I am getting this error message below on every time when I am try to send emails from outlook 2010 outlook is trying to retrieve data from the microsoft exchange server 2010' after 10 seconds the email is sent any suggestions on how to fix the problem below ?

This may not be an Exchange problem, strictly speaking, but rather a problem with the network or network equipment. Hello, If other users have no issue except for you, the issue may be caused by some things: client ( or add-ins) problem, network problem and large number of items in mailboxes. Please follow the Le Pivert's suggestion. If other users have the same issue, your exchange server may be performance problem.
