We are using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP and Windows server 2003with outlook forms. On Windows XP for forms works correcty by on Windows server 2003 you can fill in the form as send it but if you look at the sent form it loses it's fields, butwhen you click on"forms=>run this form " the form will appear correclty. As far as I know both Windos XP and Window server 2003 are in the same ou with the same security settings but XP does not have this issue. I have also tested this out on Windows 2003 and 2003 R2 and getting the same issues.
