Hello,

When trying to email a specific email address i get the following error

Reason: 500 Line too long

The message subject was: RE: Email issue The message date was: Tue, 1 Sep 2015 09:11:45 +0100 The message identifier was: 45/29-03819-DCD55E55 The message reference was: server-14.tower-206.messagelabs.com!1441095115!26439100!1

ive tried emailing the address from lotus notes and it works ok, issue is just with outlook.

The email is just a test email so its defo not over 500 characters.

Any ideas?

Is the CRM plugin for Outlook installed?  If it is, the resolution may be the following:
