outlook anywhere exchange 2010

hello

ive enabled outlook anywhere and used the outlook gpo to force clients to use it. how come when I view the connection status from the client it shows as TCP/IP instead of HTTPS in the Conn column. I want everyone to use it and not use RPC anymore

thanks

M

Try checking to make sure you have the option "On fast networks, connect using Http first, then connect using TCP/IP" selected.
