outlook 2013 forgets send/receive settings
I have a problem similar to that described by others:  Outlook 2013 will randomly forget the send/receive settings.  Specifically, the "Schedule an automatic send/receive every XX minutes" gets unchecked.  This will happen sometimes after the computer is restarted or even if running continuously (1+ weeks w/o reboot).  Running windows 7 and I would describe this computer as a basic work computer: no games, no cpu intensive video work, etc. Other than forgetting the send/receive settings Outlook and all the other programs behave normally.

Hi,

We may try to create a new Send/Receive group in Outlook to see if this issue is caused by the damaged Send/Receive group. To do this, please follow:

1. Click File, and then click Options.

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. In the Send and recieve section, click Send/Receive button.

4. Under Group Name, click the group, and then click Copy.

5. Under Send/Receive Group Name, type the new group name, and then click OK.

6. Under Group Name, click the old group name.

7. Under both When Outlook is Online and When Outlook is Offline, click to clear the check box for Include this group in Send/Receive (F9).

8. Click Close.

9. Quit Outlook, and then restart Outlook.

If above doesn't help, we may also try creating a new mail profile and then reconfigure your email account in the new mail profile to see the result.

Please let me know the result.
