Outlook 2013 running under Win7 crashes when an encrypted mail is viewed for which the user has the correct certificate.

After some google search I see, that multiple users have this problem without any resolution yet.

The crash is recorded with c00005 in the event log which means task exception.

The same email can be viewed successful in Outlook 2010
