running windows 10 - using email account that runs on my other PC with windows 10 and on ipads and iphones. outlook used to run on this pc, but I had to do a reset, so reloaded the office sotware - not it will not connect to msn mail

This is an Exchange Server forum, not an MSN Mail forum.  You should look for an MSN Mail forum.
