When i write emails, i frequently need to add additional details that i would like to place at end of mail, so that they would appear collapsed, and the recepient of the mail could click something on it to have them expanded.

This way, the additional details would not appear open from the beginning, but i would not like to place them in some word attachment, because that would require the recepient to go through opening it in separate window.

For now i simply set the additional details font color to some reasonable gray color, which is not bad but since the details appear in full from the beginning, the email seems long though some of readers sould / would disregard the details.

Any other ideas would be very welcome. Thank u

We can expand/collapse some text in Microsoft Word, but this is not available in Microsoft Outlook. You may try to find some third-party add-in to achieve the goal.
