Hi support,

We are using outlook 2013 as a pop account for our organization.For example i am daily receiving 50 emails from different clients.I want to create a separate folder and name the folder for particular client so that particular email will go directly to  particular folder automatically .

Please let me know how to do this & your support is highly appreciated.

Very easy to do by creating a rule - the short version would be

#1 - Create all your folders for your clients
#2 - When you get an email from the client for the first time before any rule is created - highlight the message
#3 - From the Mail Home Ribbon --> <Move Group> --> Rules --> Create Rule
#4 - If you've highlighted the email as mentioned in item #2 - your rule options are as simple as
      a) select the first checkbox (From <Sender>
      b) <Move the item to Folder> & Select the appropriate folder

The problem is that the email or domain name is on your spam list.

On an android phone go the the screen for sending an outlook exchange email. Select menu button (physical on my NOTE 2). Selected settings. Selected Spam addresses. Find the email or domain name that is being misdirected junk folder.  Delete that email or domain name.
