I'm having issue on the outlook 2010 share calendar it's show difference time slot when i click on the share calendar. Exchange server using 2010

Any one have idea?

According to you post, I notice that shared calendar and your own calendar show 30 minute discrepancy.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

How about OWA?
Try to check the Outlook time zone, ensure this setting is equal with shared calendar. Please run below command to double check the time zone for shared calendar:
Get-Mailbox| Get-MailboxRegionalConfiguration | FL Identity,*Time*,Language
