I think your client is running out of resources. Try watching Task Manager when clicking on one of these emails and see if you can catch what's happening.

Does not have many applications run. It is not happen all the time. Is it the problem of the exchange server? Thanks.

i am having the same problem - i think its something to do with a security update from Microsoft or some sort of fix. this is so annoying and does it to random emails for people in my organisation so any help would be welcome! thanks
