outlook 2010 continually crashes with synchronising folder order  and send/receive actions going on.

I had just added another email address.

I cant get in because it crashes, to do anything.

Is there a file I can delete to stop it crashing please?

In most of this kind of cases, it might be caused by add-ins, try to run Outlook with safe mode ("Outlook.exe /safe")  and check if Outlook still crash anymore.

The corrupted data file may also be the root. Please use SCANPST tool to scan PST/OST file and then retry it.
