Hello
Have you installed the RPC Proxy service?
does your network firewall allow connections to mail.mydomain.com on port 443 (ssl)?
What certificate are you using on your exchange server, self signed, internal CA or Trusted Public CA? does it include the required subject alternative names?
Check the Exchange connectivity
https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ post the result on this forum.
Thanks

Hi,
Outlook Anywhere cannot work without a valid certificate.
Have you requested a new certificate for exchange? If no, please follow these steps to request a new certificate for exchange services:
1. Open Exchange management
shell, type:
New-Exchangecertificate
Then
you will see a new self-signed certificate with its thumbprint number like 5113ae0233a72fccb75b1d0198628675333d010e.
If you are using a public certificate, please contact the vendor to request a new certificate.
2. Enable this certificate for exchange services like IIS, SMTP. Outlook anywhere use HTTPS protocol, you must enable the certificate for
IIS.
Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Thumbprint 5113ae0233a72fccb75b1d0198628675333d010e -services
"IIS,SMTP "
More information about Enable-ExchangeCertificate, please see the following article:
