out of office reply for selected domains
Hi we currently run Exch 2003 but are shortly moving over to exch 2007, all our desktop clients use Outlook 2003 and outlook 2007 (they will all be 2007 shortly) Is there a way to allow Out of Office replies to selected domains? For example we deal with a lot of people at example.com everyday and want them to receive out of office replies when our staff are away but we don't want otherdomain.com getting them. Is this possible at the server side so it can be set globally. Cheers Phil

Disable out of office on Default remote domain and create a new remote domain for the domain where you want to allow out of office message which will override the default policy. Many thanks

You can do in 2003 also inGlobal Settings -> Internet Message Formats, this will be shown in Remote domains in Exchange 2007 console... :) http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998896(EXCHG.65).aspxAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
