out of office assitsance
Hi Iam currently having problems with out of office assistance. I have set the out of office from the OUT WEB ACCESS. and it shows that the out of office set been set. and when i sent a test mail from the users computer the out of office message doesnt work :( Can some one please assist. cheers.

Hi Katty, Please check your configuration: 1 After you set your OOF please don't forget to click "save". 2 Please make sure you have configured right time period for your test. If all the settings are right, may I know how about other users? Thanks. Best Regards!

Hi Rowen, Thank you for your response. 1. i have saved the changes 2. I have set the time for today and ending tommorow. i have tried on my outlook and it works and there are other users who are away on leave at this time and they have they out of office message which is working fine for them. cheers.

Hi Katty, 1. Please describe the exchange topology. 2. Please describe your exchange version. 3. How many users encounter this problem? 4. How about internel test? 5. How about setting it via Outlook client?Best Regards!

Hi Rowen, Exchange 2007 windows server 2008 standard Service Pack 2 user using Outlook 2003 Only one user is having tis problem. I have checked the settings and have also tested internally and it didnt work.
