Hi,Last week one external party to my exchange oganization sent a mail to three of my mail users. 2 recepients in "to" list and 1 recepient in "Cc" field. But only the receipient in "Cc" got the message. When I track the message, in details I see only that recepient. other two are not there. Sender also didn't get any notification related to the message. I have a hardware firewall, but not indication of blocking such a message. I have checked the received message, all email addresses are visible there and correct. What could be the reason for this?Thanks.

Hi, Please let the sender send the mail directly to one of the recipient directly, can the mail go though? Please enable message tracking log and smtp log, reproduce the issue, then check the smtp log to see if the problematic recipients are in rcpt to command. Please use message tracking center to confirm the situation. How about the other users? Do they have the same issue? Whats your Exchange version? Exchange 2003 or 2007? Thanks, Elvis
