onenote and meeting notes, tasks for various users

im using onenote 2013 local client with sharepoint 2013 0365 as a document library and sharing this one note document out to 4 people that are always in the same meeting.

I want to be able to take meeting notes for a meeting which includes various users in this onenote notebook.  From onenote, as i create bulleted "tasks" Is there anyway to assign these tasks to the various members of the meeting as tasks that show up in their outlook?

all the users that are accessing the notebook have r/w to it so tehy are allowed to make changes to it.
