one of my outlook alias addresses suddenly stopped receiving emails july 20
I am paid up to date and used this address alias since changing over from hotmail. Suddenly one of the alias addressed ceased to receive emails although the other addresses work fine. I can send from that address, but not receive. If I go to my outlook
settings, it shows the address, but the word "verify" is to the right. If I click on verify, it tries to send a verification email, but obviously I cannot receive emails at that address.

"Paid up to date" means Office 365?

Hi,
What is your detailed exchange environment?
I understand one of your outlook alias addresses can't receive emails.
I suggest we can remove the alias and re-add it to your account.
