Please answer the following question.1) Is this pure e2k7 environemt? - If yes then do you have public folder store in E2k7?2) Is e2k7 Mailbox store pointing to which public folder store?3) What error you get in outlook when you download Offline address book? something like "Task Microsoft Exchange reported error (0x8004010F): The operation failed. An object cannot be found."4) Any specific error when you run ExBPA?5) Any recent changes? was it working before? or you noticed this error first time? Please follow the below KB'sEnable diagnostic loggin for troubleshootingHow to work with Exchange 2007 OAB Event Logginghttp://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2006/08/26/725860.aspxTroubleshooting MSExchangeSA 9386 Warnings and OAB Generation and Access Issueshttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb331959.aspxArun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

2) - Go to the property of the mailbox store and under the client setting it should show you.3) - You need to download OAB, infact full OAB first time in order to see the GAL in offline mode.Arun Kumar | MCSE - 2K3 + Messaging | ITIL-F V3

Hi, For Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 environment, the Outlook should download Offline Address Book through Web. Therefore, we need to check: 1. Whether the Web Distribution has been enabled on the OAB: Open EMC->Organization Configuration->Mailbox->Offline Address Book->Default Offline Address Book Properties->Distribution tab->Please ensure the Enable Web-based distribution option has been selected. You can also run get-offlineaddressbook |fl and post result here for further check 2. Whether Outlook client is able to connect to Autodiscover service to obtain the OAB URL correctly On the Exchange Server, run test-outlookwebservices |fl and post result here On the problem Outlook Clients, please perform following methods to test the issue: 1). on the client, launch Outlook 2). Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and click the Outlook icon in the notification area of the Windows taskbar, also known as the notification area. 3). In the menu that appears, click Test E-mail AutoConfiguration. 4). Enter your E-mail Address and Password (if not logged into the domain) in the respective edit boxes. 5). Choose the desired auto configuration methods with Use Autodiscover, clear other selection. 6). Click Test. Please check whether the Outlook client is able to connect to Autodiscover service to obtain OAB URL correctly. If the Outlook is not able to connect to Autodiscover service to obtain Availability service URL, please check the log tab for more information Note: The Protocol: Exchange RPC is for internal client. The Protocol: Exchange HTTP is for Outlook Anywhere client. Mike
