I am unable to activate Microsoft Office 2010 after getting the Windows 10 update. I am trying to use by disk and keep getting "error" and "invalid key" messages. I purchased this program several years ago online. Please help.

Please try a repair of Office from the Control Panel -> Programs and Features.

If this doesn't help, please try to activate your Office by phone.
